Our Role

Our Approach

Contractor Capital is operated by Contractor Capital Solutions LLC, an independent U.S. business financing marketplace focused on construction and home-service companies.

We review each inquiry to understand the purpose of the financing, the company's financial profile and the timing of the request. This helps us identify relevant financing structures and introduce business owners to independent providers for consideration.

Those providers conduct their own evaluations, determine eligibility and establish the terms of any financing offer. Contractor Capital facilitates the connection but does not originate loans or make lending decisions.

Industry Focus

Why Contractors

Construction and home-service businesses operate around project schedules, material purchases, labor commitments and customer payment cycles. Those demands often require business owners to commit capital before the corresponding revenue is collected.

Our experience working with contractors and skilled trades has given us a practical understanding of these operating realities. We recognize the importance of evaluating not only the amount of financing requested, but also its timing, cost, repayment obligations and intended purpose.

That perspective influences how we approach financing inquiries, whether a business is managing ongoing projects, replacing essential equipment, taking on larger contracts or preparing for expansion.

See the Industries We Serve

Our Mission

To help contractors access financing that supports their daily operations, strengthens their businesses and creates opportunities for growth.

We believe financing should be evaluated beyond the amount available. Its cost, timing and repayment obligations should align with the needs and financial capacity of the business, giving owners a clearer basis for making informed decisions.
